Step 1 - Contact & Assessment

Reach out to our team to discuss your project. We’ll gather details and schedule an inspection to assess the scope of work and determine the best path forward for your project.

Step 2 - Planning & Estimate

Once we have all the information we need from you and contractors, you’ll receive a detailed scope of work that outlines the needed materials, proposed timeline, and expectations around potential issues and adjustments that could come up.

Step 3 - Insurance Coordination

If applicable, we'll work with you and your adjuster to ensure proper documentation and approval.

Step 4 - Scheduling & Construction

Once you've reviewed and approved our proposal we'll schedule your project and get started. Our team completes the work with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency while maintaining open communication. You'll stay informed every step of the way.

Step 5 - Final Walkthrough

Before we consider the project complete, you'll review it with us to ensure everything meets expectations and is done right! Then, and only then, can we consider things a wrap.

NOKC Roof Enhancement

For this home in the north Oklahoma City metro area, we removed the existing roofing system, replaced compromised roof decking, and installed new GAF Timberline® ArmorShield™ II impact-resistant shingles. The project rebuilt the roof from the deck up, improving durability, weather protection, and curb appeal.

OKC Commercial Roofing

For a municipal headworks facility in northeast Oklahoma, we replaced an aging EPDM roof with a new TPO roofing system. The project improved long-term weather protection, upgraded critical roof details, and provided a cleaner, more durable low-slope roof system for an active utility building.

Edmond Patio Construction

For this Edmond-area home, we built a custom covered patio addition tied into the existing roofline. The new structure created a more usable outdoor living space, added shade and weather protection, and was framed to blend naturally with the home’s existing design.

Guthrie Siding Replacement

Do you work with residential or commercial properties?

We do both! Our experience and skill sets allow us to help home owners manage their residential projects and business owners or property managers tackle jobs on their commercial properties.

Can I choose my own contractor?

When it comes to contractors, being picky is foundational to achieving our goals. Everyone we work with has been thoroughly vetted and, at this point, we have a solid slate of qualified and highly-trained craftsman to put on the job. NOT having to find a contractor is one of the perks of using us to manage your project! While you may not get to make the choice yourself, if you ever have an issue with one of them, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We want to continue to ensure our clients receive the best treatment, communication, and craftsmanship possible.

Will you handle my insurance company?

While we aren’t legally allowed to communicate directly with your insurance company, we do want you to know that YOU are our priority. We’ll help you manage the stress of navigating the complicated world of insurance claims, co-pays, and deductibles in any way can.
